The CIBMTR provides many opportunities to participate in hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and cellular therapy research. Whether you need to access data, design a study, or simply want to stay abreast of research in your area of interest, we offer unique networking and collaboration opportunities with colleagues worldwide, and there are a number of ways to get involved.
Working Committees play a pivotal role in deciding which studies are conducted. They present a unique opportunity to network and collaborate with leaders in the field on a wide range of topics.
By participating in a committee, you can be involved in addressing the most pressing issues in transplant. Anyone interested can join a Working Committee, and your degree of involvement is entirely up to you.
By joining a committee, you’ll be kept up to date as developments take place in studies and areas that interest you. You can also volunteer to be on the writing committee for a study.

Accumulating meaningful data for observational research is at the heart of what we do. We recognize it takes a commitment of time and resources to submit data. Your center’s involvement is important in continuing to improve transplant outcomes.
Certain patients may benefit from participating in clinical trials, and increased patient participation provides more data, which can accelerate progress. Through the BMT CTN and the RCI BMT, we offer numerous trials to patients throughout the United States.
